Westwood Remodel

A home profiled in the LA Times. Says the Times: "The 1930s bungalow has a distinctly contemporary appearance from the street. The porch overhang has been removed and a bay window has been replaced with rectangular expanses of glass. The front lawn is gone, replaced with smooth, black river rock punctuated by ornamental grasses, sedges, horsetail and ferns."
You see so many of these types of homes in LA; the design team CHA:COL did the work. They knew just what to do; not overdone at all.
Bravo.
