One of them located in Los Feliz has the most amazing view.....when owner 1st purchased the property the bushes and trees obscured 90% of the view; we tore everything out and lo and behold, views of the Griffith Observatory AND the Hollywood sign.
The way the home is sited you also have a straight shot looking down Hollywood Blvd.
Around dusk the view just takes your breath away.
Priceless!
