Distinctly Cozy!

Orange Coast Magazine profiled a few of the 1.7 Ocean inhabitants, the article is in March issue.

Sally Bartz's Home

A while back Sally Bartz from Halsea borrowed some home furnishing props from us to stage her home.
Today her abode is featured in Design Sponge, all the paintings in her home look great, so do andirons!
Looks good!

EMMO Home

The other day I checked out EMMO Home, Orange County's own modern home design store.
Tucked away in the South Coast Home Furnishings Center in Costa Mesa, the store is really worth a look. Owner Andy Kim has done a good job of seeking out great finds!
They even have those mini Kartell Ghost chairs for kids, cute.

12@ELDEN Pricing

Have you seen what you can buy in eastside Costa Mesa for $600k and under?
Well, I have and I can tell you its C@*P!
When I did the Tour Of Duty, I actually thought I would see some nice homes or condos.
Guess what....I didn't!
It was super depressing to see what is selling out there, despite everything you read in the news.
Eastside Costa Mesa seems to be a bit of a bright spot in home prices.
Which leads me to the 12@ELDEN pricing: BEST DEAL ON EASTSIDE COSTA MESA!
12@ELDEN was featured in Surterre Properties Best Buy....
AND, if you don't think so, do the Tour Of Duty yourself!

I Love This Home

As profiled in New York Times, this Pennsylvania home belonging to a fashion designer is very inspiring.
I love the way the home is lit; a bit on the gloomy side, I have always HATED overhead can lighting and I can see she does too!
Take a look at the kitchen-amazing. Even the contents in her refridgerator are art-directed!
Bravo!
Also, I noticed a bit of taxidermy in the library, LOVE!
A woman after my own heart!
