12@ELDEN is coming along great, we are expecting 2 models to be ready end Feb, begining March. The 2 model addresses are 2381A + 2381B. They are the 2 front right homes. We have been doing a LOT to these homes and 12@EL is going to be another awesome community! I have been having a tough time keeping the graffiti off the sign though! HA! I think the eastside will still hold tough... Photo of fireplace after we sandblasted them, they came out great.
Currently working out kitchens and landscaping. More posts to come.
