Driveway to be designed so no water from development gets to the street. In other words, if you were washing your car in the driveway, all the excess water would be soaked into the ground and NOT end up in the ocean. This is a good thing, if you have ever seen what ends up down at 54th St in Newport!
What happens at Elden stays at Elden!
Also, note community gardens in rear of property. Can you imagine getting a bushel of fresh vegetables delivered to your door every week that were actually GROWN right there?
Yeah, me neither! It will be great.
