It Is Starting To Look Like A Home In There

It is AMAZING the difference landscaping makes on a home, I think most people completely underestimate the impact when doing home improvements.

Case in point: A home on Brier Ave in Silver Lake we are working on.
Having our landscaper just come in, clean up and remove all the CRAP and then sculpt existing trees has shifted the appearance more than anything else so far.
Granted, there has probably never been a home with more overgrown vegetation.
It was DENSE.
In the half hour I was there, 4 people commented on how it was the first time they had seen the home on the property.
Looking good.
