The home is a beater but great location with amazing views of Echo Park lake.
He has a tight budget and calendar and I proposed having EVERYTHING come from.....Home Depot!
Yup, the pinnacle of bad design will be the source for everything.
It will take some creativity and thought, I think we can do it!
