The Maltman Bungalows, located in Silver Lake are the 2008 L.A. Conservancy Preservation Award Winner. Congratulations to them, they did a great job of restoring the spanish courtyard bungalows.
Bettershelter recognizes a kindred spirit in the type of work these people do, it is nice to see such work acknowledged.
They have ONE home left out the 17 total. Way to go!
