Featured On Curbed LA. AGAIN.
From Curbed:
"Remember that 1920s cottage in Silver Lake that was listed last month at $399,000? You'll recall the 900 square foot home--which was rehabbed--last sold in February 2009 for $210,000. And you'll recall that listing agent Matt Manner boasted he could get $500,000 for it. Turns out buyers are as hopped up as those tiny, heat-crazed ants running around your Eastside kitchen. "The place closed at $550,000 this past Tuesday," Manner writes in an email. "I had over 16 offers."
From the comments you can see everyone is going crazy, read them HERE
That home came out great, I was sad to see it go.
But again, I am world's worst pack rat, I want to hold onto EVERYTHING.
