A recent article in the New York Times on the "Harmony Club", a 20,000 sq ft building in Selma, Alabama that was built in 1909.
The 10 year renovation has left much of the decay intact with the restoration described as "neo-Gilded Age steampunk".
The motto here: “If if's not big, old, heavy, and obsolete, they don't want it.”
Result: Fantastic!
