Great video! My wife and I were priced out of Silver Lake and Los Feliz and are looking in Highland Park for our first home.
Love what you are doing for the community Steve! It's changing for the better. I love seeing all the renovated homes in NELA. Keep them coming and with the increase in property values more businesses in the mold of Maximiliano will come and take a chance on HIghland Park.
Can't wait for that French restaraunt to open up.
