For those of you who were not able to make it to the bettershelter Green Awards held earlier this month, a list of the winners!

Founded by Dave Bock in 1989, Earthpack was waaaay ahead of it's time in terms of attention to being "green".
Earthpack has a definitive and sincere approach to keeping a lighter carbon footprint in all aspects of business; from the product they sell to their offices to their employee incentives, this company walks the walk.
For example, if an employee drives a car that gets more than 40 mpg, they get a $150 monthly car allowance!

bettershelter is having an Orange County Green Awards party Thurs, Dec 4!
The purpose for this is to recognize and acknowledge people, places and things that have made a positive impact in Orange County for all things "GREEN".
We have 7 categories:

6. Individuals
7. Companies

You are invited and encouraged to submit for a green award in any of the above areas!
